Please arrive for your appointment 5 mins before the scheduled time so that you can take a moment to relax in our comfortable patient lounge prior to your treatment.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment then please contact the surgery within 24hs so that we can accommodate other waiting patients.


Payment

Payment for your treatment is required on the day of your visit. This can be accepted by cash, credit card or Eftpos

This facility allows you to claim your rebate immediately from your private health fund. Should you like more information on this, please speak to our administration team.

Mediplan

Mediplan is a flexible funding plan specifically designed for the payment of dental and medical treatment. It can be used to pay for all dental treatments, including cosmetic and orthodontic procedures. It is a very flexible finance option, where you can select any repayment amount and repayment cycle (monthly, fortnightly or weekly) that suits your budget and circumstances.

Mediplan allows for repayments to span over several years and in many cases is
able to structure a repayment plan where the amount of interest is equal to or
less than the 20% Medical Expense Tax Offset entitlement.
This makes Mediplan Interest or Cost neutral.
